Dr. Aref Chehal, MBChB, FACP, is a highly experienced consultant medical oncologist and hematologist at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC) in Abu Dhabi. He serves as an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at Gulf Medical University (GMU) in Ajman, UAE. With over 20 years of oncological and hematological consultation expertise, Dr. Chehal is a recognized and established adjunct professor at Khalifa University and Gulf Medical University. He holds numerous memberships in esteemed national and international societies such as ASCO, ESMO, and EHA. Dr. Chehal has contributed significantly to tumor registry efforts in Lebanon and actively participates in scientific committees for local and international congresses. His research focuses on lung cancer, breast cancer, GI malignancies, and Lymphoma, with several published articles in renowned international journals.
