Dr. Tang received his BS and MS in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and his MD from Stanford University. He completed a residency in radiation oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center. His clinical interests are in the treatment of patients with genitourinary malignancies including prostate cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, and testicular cancer with image-guided (IGRT) conventional external beam radiation therapy, proton therapy, stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), and brachytherapy. His research interests are in translational clinical trials for genitourinary malignancies and to investigate the utilization of radiation for the treatment of metastatic disease, including oligometastatic disease.
