Prof. Dr. Herrmann is Professor of Nuclear Medicine at Universitätsklinikum Essen, Germany, and former Adjunct Professor at UCLA. He completed his residency in nuclear medicine at TU Munich in 2011, focusing on PET imaging in oncology, followed by a fellowship at Hokkaido University and earning an executive MBA from the University of Zürich. From 2012 to 2016, he was Vice Chair at Universitätsklinikum Würzburg. Currently, he chairs the EANM Oncology & Theranostics Committee, edits The Journal of Nuclear Medicine, and has authored over 600 peer-reviewed articles.
